In order to deliver a fast service aiming to answer all customer needs effectively and efficiently, IT One has implemented several applications used as a regular basis tools to manage services and incidents. To make sure all customer needs are responded by our area specialists in timely manner, the following applications are being used:

IT Service Management suit is one of the applications used in storing necessary data, services and case status tracking details. This information will be stored in servers for further analysis to improve overall service level. Moreover, this information is not only beneficial among us but also help our customers to enhance their knowledge.

Our telephone system in corporate with an IVR telephony or voice-enabled self-service applications is used for transferring customer incoming calls to our area specialists which increases the level of responsiveness to our services. The voice recording system also allows us to improve our service quality at the end point to our customers.
